Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:

• UAE: 1–3 business days

• GCC countries: 5–7 business days

• International: 7–14 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

My KISAS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

My KISAS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@mykissas.ae so we can evaluate the issue.
