Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used beauty products.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return period
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Do not return your order without prior approval.

Refund process
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
